Terms & Conditions:
All orders are shipped via Ups Ground unless otherwise specified. Shipping cost is calculated on check out by weight and size of packaging. Once you order is shipped out you will receive a tracking number via email. If you need an order shipped to a P.O.Box please email us before you place your order because Ups will not ship to P.O.Boxs.
If any order is returned unclaimed a 25% restocking fee will be charged as well as any fees that have incurred in shipping and we will remove you as a customer and will not allow for you to place any further orders with our company.
Items can become out of stock or even discontinued without previous notice. If an item is out of stock when you have placed an order all other items in stock will be shipped to you and the back ordered item will stay on file until it is back in stock or unless an agreement has been arranged to find a substitution or to refund the cost of the item.
If an item becomes discontinued we will work with the customer to find a replacement, give a credit for future orders or refund the cost of the item. If you have been given a credit please email us your order so we can apply the credit to the order and bill you for the remaining amount if applicable.
You must be 18 years of age to order our products or have your parents permission. If you are under the age of 18 it may be best to have your parents place the order. We are not responsible for any legal matter if it is forbidden by law be it age or location that the product you buy is illegal in your country or you are under the legal age to posses such products. It is your responsibility to know your legal right to possession and again we will not be held accountable if items have been removed or seized from your shipment.
Pre-Order(s):
For us to bring you more quality products we have decided to try out a pre-order system. How do pre-orders work? For us to add these companies we need to fulfill a minimum for our orders. We will be placing the orders bi-weekly or sooner depending on demand for these items. When order a pre-order item you will be notified of when our order will be place and when you should be seeing your order shipped to you.

Q: How do Pre-orders work?
A: All Pre-order items are placed in the pre-order section of our site for you to order. When you place an order for item(s) that is pre-order you will receive an email giving you a date of when the items will be shipped out to you. We normally will place an order on a bi-weekly (or longer) basis but if our demand increases the orders will be placed on a weekly basis or sooner.
Q: What happens if I place an order that has both pre-order items and regular items?
A: We will ship you out any items that are in stock for you right away. Once the pre-order items come in they will be shipped out to you and you will receive a conformation that these items are on their way.
Q: How will my pre-order be shipped out?
A: All pre-order items are shipped out via Canada Post Parcel Service. There will be a tracking number provided to you once the order has been shipped.
Q: I need a pre-order item but I dont want to wait for a pre-order to be placed. How can I do this?
A: When you need an item that is on a pre-order and dont want to wait for a large order to be placed email us with the item(s) you require and we will send you a paypal request. For any order done on a rush on pre-order items there is a $20.00 surcharge.
This fee does not include shipping fees
Q: How will I know when the pre-order has been placed and how long will I expect to see my order once the order has been placed?
A: When we have placed the order you will be notified by email. It will take approximately 3-4 business days to arrive to us and includes time for processing. As soon as the order arrives it will be re-packaged and shipped out to you the same day and you will be provided with a tracking number.

Q. Do you have a store location at which I can make my purchase?
A. As of right now we do not have a store but are working on opening on within the next few years. Also with not having a store front we are able to keep the prices so low and competitive
Q. How do I place an order?
A. Once you are ready to place your order email sales@sexystrut.com with style number, size, colour/material, your personal information and method of payment. We will email you promptly with an invoice for your order as well as any information if your items are not in stock, and a payment request depending on your chosen method. orders will not be shipped out till your payment is fully cleared. Until our shopping cart system becomes fully operational this is the best method the place orders
Q. How long dose it take for my order to be shipped?
A. We ship your order usually within three business days unless otherwise stated. Depending on the level of urgency, you can select a shipping option such as Next Day, 3 Day Shipping or regular Ground. Items are shipped out from our warehouse via Ups. We recommend that if you have a special event to plan ahead and order early because we are not responsible for the length of time it can take once Ups receives the package.
Q. How long dose it take before I receive my order?
A. Orders shipped to Canada and the U.S. will normally arrive in approximately 7 business days (Excluding processing time). Once you receive your tracking number it will give you a better idea as to the length of time. International order times can very on location and are not guaranteed to arrive by a specific date due to length of travel as well as the time it takes for customs clearance.
Q. What if the shoes dont fit, can I return them?
A. Yes, as far as they are unworn, in original shoebox and within 7 days of you receiving your order. Please email info@sexystrut.com to receive RMA #. Please ship back to us using an external box or Kraft Paper to protect the shoe box. If the box comes back with out external packaging or damaged there will be a 15% penalty fee. Please also take into account that if you do need to return the shoes not due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item/size, due to our error, that you will be responsible for any shipping cost or fees that may incur.
Q. Can I exchange a item I ordered if it doesnt fit?
A. No, We recommend that you use the size charts provided to find your correct size before you place your order. We do not everexchange or give refunds on novelty items or personal items. This is due to hygienic reasons and your personal safety. We recommend if you do buy a novelty item to fill out the registration form and send it to the manufacturer to insure if anything goes wrong you will be able to exchange it with them or they will repair it. By law, Thongs, G-strings, Teddies, Bras, Bikinis, Intimately worn apparel and intimately used items are not returnable. We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. Other items that can not be exchanged include corsets from Silver Corsets & Apparel, items on sale & clearance items.
Q. What type of payment methods do you take?
A. We accept PayPal, Email Money Transfers and Money Orders. If you would like to pay via a credit card you can do so threw PayPals safe credit card system without even having an account.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes we can ship internationally. It can take a little longer for international orders to be processed and shipped out and to reach their destination. We will also not be responsible for items being shipped internationally once it has left the country or the time it takes for shipping. You must also make sure that the items you have ordered are allowed in your country cause we will not be responsible for items that have been removed by customs officers or any duty or taxes that may be applied.
Q. What is the difference between Patent, PU, Stretch and Leather?
A. Patent, either patent leather or patent pu, the latter being a man made material, has a very shiny, almost mirror like appearance. Pu, short for polyurethane, is a semi-shiny to non-shiny man made material designed to be less expensive but look like leather. Stretch, either patent or pu, is a thin, stretchable material, which allows it to fit to the contours of the feet or legs. Leather, usually having a supple and comfortable feel and with a texture pattern, is the highest quality material of all used in shoe making. Other materials that are also used are Veggie Suede which is a man made material made to look like suede, Suede which is an animal product,
Q. How do you convert a mans shoe size to a ladys shoe size?
A. Shoes fit differently. Our best rule of thumb is a two-size increase. A mans 9 converts to a womans 11. Please check our conversion chart for more information.
Q. How can I remove glue marks on the shoes?
A. Use lighter fluid. Ordinary lighter fluid applied to a white rag will remover the glue. You can also use glue thinner which can be purchased from any shoe repair shop.
Q. How can I clean a shoe in patent material that has collected dust or to make it shine?
A. Use Patent Glow, which is one of the accessory items we sell. Do NOT use water or alcohol as they may rid the material of its shininess.
Q. How can I change batteries on a light-up shoe?
A. Peel up the silver sock lining material where the ball of the foot touches, carefully remove the lighting mechanism, replace the old battery with the new one, place it back, and, using hair dryer, blow hot air at the back of the sock lining material where the glue was for a few seconds, then firmly press it back. If you do not feel comfortable doing this yourself a shoe repair place will happily do it for you.

Method of measuring you foot:
Put a piece of paper on a hard floor surface and stand on it without your shoes on.
Mark the end of your heel and the tip of your longest toe on the paper.
Measure the distance between the marks on the paper.
Use the tables below to as a guide to convert those measurements into USA shoe sizes.
If your measurements fall between two sizes, move up to the next larger size.

Measure under your bust. Around the fullest part of your breast
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, being the smallest part
Low Waist
Measure approximately 2 below the natural waistline or two fingers below the navel. This measurement applies to all items which sit below the navel.

Measure around the fullest part of your hip.
